Since 2008 collaborating with Institute of Psychology at University of Gdańsk, conducting research, publishing, from 2010 lecturer of „Introduction to Positive Organizational Psychology”. 2010-2016 responsible for methodology and projects with Barometr Zaangażowania and BEHAVIO.
